Some are way too messed up but I wish that was the actual Damage system. Like imagine the first Hit is the normal but the rest is Just lowered, so imagine -24 -4 -4 -4 -4 -4 -2 -2 -2 I think old games did this kind of.

I beat this earlier on Soul Melter EX with my brother and this would be one of the hardest things I've ever done in this game (Morpho Knight EX scared the hell out of me in the 2nd phase) Really well done on creating this mod! :D

W morpho knight ex sword

Simultaneously broken yet balanced.

The basic premise of this mod is that only the fully-charged giant sword attack does damage. Nothing else does. And it does a huge amount of damage, but its incredibly slow. So, the third swing of the sword's combo will slow down bosses. This will give you the opportunity to hit them with the full-charge attack! However, after getting hit by the full-charge attack, they will move at double speed. That's the gist of it. In addition, the spin slash can be used to heal you, and it will reset the enemy to neutral speed whether they're sped up or slowed down. The second swing of the sword combo will also reset their time. Furthermore, the sword beams from the third slash also slow down time, and the sword beam from the second slash also resets time, like the slashes themselves. The final boss, Chronos Elfilis, also has the ability to slow you down if they hit you. You can reset your time to normal by hitting him with any of the above attacks, except for the Sword Beams.

Like, i don't remember hearing so much bass line or like...the thunder rumbling in the distance? Maybe I'm just schizo though xD I also do know that the 3DS didn't have the best speakers lmao

Someone's certainly been busy with the Kirby content. This isn't something I can play due to having an unmodded Switch (also have not finished the original game either), butbin terms of playing a challenge version of the game, I would be so down to trying it one day.

-at least drop stars don't damage you like in pre-NiDL games...- I'm surprised you didn't make a bigger deal about the removal of boss handicaps - it makes the experience much more consistent and enjoyable since boss attack patterns don't change, making the learning process more fair Even though I can't make an accurate opinion because I can't play the mod due to my Switch being unmodded and my devices not being able to run Switch emulators, this looks pretty cool, and I hope others will try it out! (Let's hope that the blindspots haven't been patched out...)

There's also a God Mode where all characters have only 1 HP. Or you can choose 'Ephemeral Hero', where the only change is that all characters have 1 HP, and the game is not otherwise made harder. More info about what the mod changes is on the download page in the description!
